When You Need Someone To Talk To

 

Concerns/Problems/Complaints

If you have a concern, problem or complaint related to any aspect of care during your hospital stay, speak to your doctor, nurse or a hospital staff member. However, if you prefer to discuss your concerns with a third party, our patient advocates are available to help you.

Garnet Health Medical Center – Catskills’ Patient Advocate Program is designed to help patients resolve issues that may emerge during your stay. The patient advocate’s role is to listen to concerns and explore and implement solutions. You may contact a patient advocate by phone, mail or you may make an appointment for a meeting at your convenience.
