Please put the patient’s first and last names on the subject line. Messages are delivered by Garnet Health Medical Center – Catskills volunteers once a day, during normal business hours, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The sender should refrain from sending any confidential information. We will not deliver obscene, harassing or otherwise negative messages. In no event shall Garnet Health Medical Center – Catskills be liable to you or anyone else for any damages, fees, fines, penalties, or liabilities arising out of or relating in any way to the content contained in the e-mail message service or failure to deliver a message. Patients will not be able to e-mail a response. Due to our adherence to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations, we cannot confirm whether the e-mail has been delivered or whether the patient is staying at Garnet Health Medical Center – Catskills. Messages cannot be delivered to discharge patients.
